What a great start to the season with glorious weather for the first Saturday.

There were five participants Adrian and Janie Thwaites, Terry O’Sullivan, John Reader, and John Fargin reriding the final route from last year through Stratton Audley, Marsh Gibbon, Charndon, Calvert, Steeple Claydon, Twyford, Poundon and home again.

John Reader was trialing his home built e-bike which proved to be a tremendous success and great conversation was enjoyed by all during the ride.

A light refreshment stop at The Prince of Wales in Steeple Clayton and then a couple more at the Butchers Arms once back home.
