The Parish Council has received two planning applications which will be discussed at the next Parish Council meeting.

Firstly: reference 16/01138/F, 7 Manor Road; for Alterations, erection of single storey extension to the rear; demolition of existing conservatory; external landscaping to include patio area and additional parking area at the rear.

The application can be viewed online at Cherwell District Council’s Planning Portal putting in the application reference 16/01138/F or by clicking on the application proposal above.

Responses from the public need to be returned to Cherwell District Council by 18 July (the Parish Council has been granted a time extension).

 

Secondly: reference 16/01138/F, 16 Wise Crescent; for Two storey side extension and single storey rear extension.

Responses from the public need to be returned to Cherwell District Council by 25 July.

 

The Parish Council will discuss both the applications at a Parish Council meeting on Monday 18 July  in the Chinnery Room starting at 7.45pm
